1. Account Registration & Conduct

By setting up an account or placing an order, you declare that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the platform with the guidance of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current personal information, and accept complete responsibility for maintaining the security of your account passwords.

2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

We try our best to represent product labels, sizes, prices, and descriptions with absolute precision. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions or visual assets are completely free of typographical or color errors:

• Prices are subject to update without prior notification. Gold, diamond and silver prices in particular may move with prevailing market rates until an order is confirmed. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.
• We reserve the right to limit the order volumes of any product or reject transactions due to suspect activities.
• Skincare products are for personal, cosmetic use — please patch-test all formulas prior to use. Jewellery pieces are hand-finished; minor variations in weight, stone and finish are natural and not defects. Weights, purity and certifications (BIS hallmark / IGI) are stated per item.

3. Shipments, Delays & Tracking

All orders are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours from our distribution centers. Estimated delivery timelines are based on locations and carrier logs. Anant Elixir Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for transit delays resulting from natural events, government regulations, or carrier-specific issues, though we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving shipping issues.

4. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return terms differ between our skincare and jewellery ranges:

• Skincare: Unopened, sealed boxes may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened or sampled bottles cannot be returned unless there is a proven defect or transit damage.
• Jewellery: Certified pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all tags, the certificate (BIS / IGI) and original packaging intact. Custom-made, engraved or personalised jewellery is non-returnable. We also offer lifetime exchange on hallmarked gold at prevailing rates.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are interpreted and governed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions, product claims, or services rendered will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
